Becoming a Partner Agency with United Food Bank

United Food Bank partners with agencies in our region who work tirelessly to address hunger insecurity and distribute food into the hands of hungry families.  Successful agencies need leadership, sustainable funding, a strong volunteer base, physical storage/refrigeration capacity and a dedication for continuous serving in changing times.  Our two-step process for new agencies includes a Pre-Application 2017 that is evaluated against these organizational parameters along with a review of existing nearby pantries already serving the community in your area. United Food Bank service area and existing pantries are outlined on this page.

If interested, please complete the UFB Pre-Application 2017 and submit it to [email protected]    We will review your application and notify you if approved.

The next step includes the submission of your service plan and formal application documents including the IRS 501(c)3 status.  We will send this information to you if approved, but provide them as background for your understanding.

United Food Bank Partner Agency Application with Service Plan

Approved agencies will be invited to the New Agency orientation which provides the necessary training on what to expect as a partner, ordering, distribution and reporting requirements and selection of food/delivery timelines.
